General Terms and Conditions

OTK printing & packaging a.s. publishes its general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”), which govern the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties in the provision of the company’s products and services.

These GTC are binding for all business relationships concluded between OTK printing & packaging a.s. and its business partners, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Entry into force and effect from 1 October 2025
