Company policy

The priority goal of our company is to supply our customers with quality packaging products that are safe for health and meet all legislative requirements. Furthermore, we also want to minimize the negative impact of our activities on the environment and personal health.

To ensure high quality and compliance with product safety and environmental requirements, our management is committed to the following guiding principles:

  • through the BRCGS Global Food Safety Standard, to ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of product safety, quality management and the establishment of a culture of quality and product safety, from the receipt of raw materials to the shipment of products to end consumers;
  • to meet customer requirements for products, to guarantee product quality, health safety of products intended for direct contact with food as an obvious part of the product, to minimize complaints, to ensure the protection of copyright and industrial rights
  • Respond to new customer requirements in a timely manner and ensure the continued satisfaction of business partners
  • inform customers of any serious situations and incidents that could endanger the health or life of users or damage the company’s name
  • to introduce new technologies to ensure high product quality, the health safety of packaging in direct contact with foodstuffs, the principles of continuous improvement and minimising the negative impact on the environment
  • Comply with the legislative requirements for manufacturers of direct food contact packaging and the BRCGS standard, checking traceability and health safety systems for finished products. Comply with the legislative requirements for packaging manufacturers in the known final destination of products (if known to us)
  • work with suppliers to continuously improve the quality of input materials and assess their environmental suitability
  • consistently meet the requirements of legislation and technical standards, including in areas other than product quality and safety (labour relations, environmental protection, infrastructure care, etc.)
  • Ensure the qualification and professional development of employees-increase the proportion of qualified staff and their stabilisation
  • properly motivate, regularly educate and train all employees on environmental protection requirements and responsibility for quality work
  • Ensure continuous review of the adequacy of the quality management system and review of quality results by the management of the organisation – Ensure staffing and financial resources
  • Ensure regular evaluation of selected measurable parameters and processes-analysis of findings with a view to taking action
  • respect human rights based on:
  1. a safe working environment, by creating appropriate working conditions and introducing new technologies, minimising safety and health risks
  2. protection of personal data in accordance with the law and company policy
  3. promoting equality of opportunity and eliminating discrimination (on grounds of race, origin, gender, religion, disability, age or sexual identity)
  4. not using any form of forced or compulsory labour
  • maintain and improve the level of company culture and safe working conditions for employees, respect ethical aspects in relation to employees
  • on the basis of a regular assessment of the level of environmental pollution, to determine appropriate measures for the permanent reduction of the environmental burden
  • to take measures to reduce waste in all activities carried out in the company, to reduce the consumption of hazardous substances, packaging materials and energy
  • to prevent accidents and situations whose consequences could have a negative impact on the environment and the health of employees through rigorous prevention
  • comply with applicable environmental legislation in all activities related to the implementation of products provided by the company
  • to elaborate the legislative regulations concerning environmental protection into internal documentation, specifying the responsibilities of individual employees and ensuring their strict compliance
