DEOTK printing & packaging a.s., Company Registration Number: 17100950, with its registered office at Plynárenská 233, Kolín IV, 280 02 Kolín, is committed to protecting property on the premises at Plynárenská 233, Kolín IV, and also in protecting the life and health of persons moving within the company’s premises; for this reason, CCTV cameras are installed on the premises, as you were informed of before entering the premises, and by entering the premises you have consented to the recording of footage.
OTK printing & packaging a.s. acts as the data controller, and processes the following personal data relating to you via CCTV footage:
- Appearance and visual information regarding the behaviour and actions of the persons recorded (video footage)
The legal basis for the processing of this personal data is the controller’s legitimate interest pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data, Article 6(1)(f). – protection of property in the shop; protection of the life and health of persons present on the shop premises. For this purpose, the controller has drawn up a record of processing activities and a balancing test.
Records are retained for 7 days from the date they are recorded, after which they are automatically deleted.
As a data subject, you are entitled to all the rights granted to you under data protection legislation (in particular the GDPR). You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data; you also have the right to request that we inform you of the personal data we process about you, and you may be granted access to this data, i.e. provided with a copy of the personal data being processed. You may also ask us to erase your personal data; under certain conditions, we are then obliged to erase this personal data, though not always – in some cases, we may continue to retain it. You also have the right, under certain conditions, to request a restriction on processing. If you wish to change service providers or transfer your personal data to another data controller, you have the right, under certain conditions, to receive it from us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Should you suspect that we are breaching the law or other applicable legislation when processing your personal data, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
