Obchodní tiskárny (OTK) member of printing group OTK Group has finished the installation of modern nine colour flexo printing machine from company Gallus Ferd. Rüesch AG. Printing machine Gallus EM 410 S is unique in Czech Rep. by its possibility to print with both UV and water based inks.
Machine can print a maximum width of 410 mm and length up to 660 mm, at speeds up to 150 m/min. The range of printable substrates is very wide – from paper including self-adhesive to different types of films (PP, PET, PVC, PE). The printing machine dispose of wide range of technological options. Beside the standard flexo printing the screen printing technology can be used as well as hot stamping, laminating, printing into adhesive, die cutting, perforation, embossing and more.
