Faster graphic labels finishing

OTK reinforce in post-press in the field of paper graphic labels. For recent beverage season new finishing automated production line is ready. Line comprises of cutting machine from Polar and die-cut machine from Blumer – Atlas 1110 LS intended for processing of sheets 720 x 1020 mm and allowing variable final products’ banding.

Atlas 1110 LS is comprises of following components:

Transport table LS: larger stack table at cutting machine
Cross slider ST: unit for cross-cutting and transport into die-cutting area
Punching machine D: die-cutting unit
Cardboard discharger KD: unit for production of maxi pack
Banding machine PB: automatic banding unit
