Blank forms

Blank forms used for IT include a wide range of products. We divide the basic variations of the forms according to the data processing method into three groups:

• The first group consists of endless forms, forms with guiding perforation, slot hole perforation for separation of the guiding perforation, offset paper single-copy forms, direct multiple-copy NCR paper forms joint together mechanically or by tape, folded forms or in a roll of up to 130 cm in diameter.
• The second group comprises of the Snap-out folder forms – they are produced as individual blocks and glued together in the head or sidelong.
• Also forms as individual sheets in the metric format (DIN) A3, A4 for laser print processing.

In accordance with the customer’s request we can manufacture forms of atypical format with special numbering, with safety elements protecting against misuse e.g. copying, with a card included, e.g. business card or loyalty card, etc.

• Rotary UV offset 8 colours with the option of repeated print
• Loose sheets and rolls for laser printers with the optical reading option
• Endless paper for the dot-matrix printers
• Snap-out folders for hand processing
• Mechanical (crimlock), flexotape and glued joints
